Spencer Bienstock is a CWCC and WWCC Project Coordinator. He has a B.S. in Tourism Development and Management from Arizona State University and an MBA in Sustainable Business Practices from the university of Oregon. He has a work background in recycling and municipal solid waste.
He uses his education and experience to work with fleet clients helping them write and apply to grant programs along with generating carbon credits through state programs. Spencer currently leads the WWCC’s Washington Electric Vehicle Charging Program (WAEVCP) outreach to communities across Washington State and provides 1:1 technical assistance coaching to applicants of the program.
