Business Spotlight: McKinstry Expands Clean Fleet

McKinstry is a Pacific Northwest firm that just deployed its 100th Chevy Silverado EV out of a fleet of 114 battery-electric work vehicles currently in service. 

Operating in Washington, Oregon, Colorado, and Texas, McKinstry is replacing its vehicle fleet with fully electric models, including Chevy Silverado EVs, Blazer & Equinox EVs, and BrightDrop box vans. The company's dedication to energy efficiency is also evident in their innovative work to design, construct, and maintain facilities that are environmentally conscious. 

McKinstry custom designed the fleet of Chevy Silverado EVs to act as functioning workstations, rather than just a means of transportation. Features added to the vehicles include ample tool storage, a roof rack, and bed accessories. 

McKinstry is a promising success story of how fleets can transition to cleaner fuels without limiting innovation or operations.
